Overpowered grid connection
The Wurst und Schnitzelhouse opens new shops in Amsterdam, but cannot get the necessary electricity infrastructure from the grid operator quick enough. On the busy Zuidas, a diesel generatorwould cause too much inconvenience for local residents and guests on the terrace.
Peak shaving with a battery
Greener has deployed a battery that can peak shave on the existing installation that is not powerful enough. This installation has enough capacity throughout the day to supply all kWh, and together with the battery it is strong enough to handle the restaurant’s peak consumption.
